Syberia 3 story trailer tries to explain why Kate became a nomad, we’re still confused

Syberia 3 gets a second story trailer that doesn’t fill in many of the blanks.

Syberia 3 is releasing in April and the second story trailer has just dropped, giving us more details about Kate’s adventures.

It’s actually pretty lengthy and has snippets of the trek Kate makes with Youkol tribe. There’s even an encounter with an evil lake spirit. So many tentacles.

I haven’t played the previous games in the series, so I don’t know much about Kate or why she would feel compelled to drop her old life and join the Youkol’s trek to their sacred land, but she’s doing it and we’re all along for the ride.

Syberia 3 is coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and the Switch on April 20 in Europe, and April 25 in North America.
