The Walking Dead: March to War is another game based on the famous comic and TV show, and this one is developed by Disruptor Beam. Today, the developers revealed the first major feature of the game called the Survivor System. According to Michael Leoncavallo, Senior Game Designer, survivors are pretty much your troops, NPCs struggling to survive in Washington D.C.. You'll have to communicate with them to complete missions, scavenge resources, and even attack other players. The recruitment system that you'll use to recruit these guys is based on Aaron's system in Alexandria, described in the comics. Once you recruit them, you can customize them and strengthen them, which makes losing them even more painful. And since these guys aren't just faceless numbers, you might even grow fond of them - or hate their guts.
The developers of The Walking Dead: March to War are also running a contest right now called Survive The Walking Dead; if you win, your likeness will end up as a Survivor in the game. You can go here to find out more about the contest and maybe end up as someone I'll kill (or befriend, but probably kill) in .
