There’s an issue affecting Xbox One consoles that’s preventing people from installing games they own.
After a few reports about it over the past couple of hours, Microsoft has acknowledged a problem with Xbox Live that’s affecting players’ ability to install games.
This issue also extends to downloading games you already own, purchasing new games from the store, and redeeming codes. Microsoft posted an update about it on the Xbox Live status page, as well as on Twitter.
We're aware that some users are currently unable to install games on Xbox One and we appreciate your patience while our teams investigate.
