Mi-Clos Studio has given us some great games, including the various versions of Out There (and there are some other great games on the way), and it also gave us the not-so-great interactive fiction version of that universe called Out There Chronicles [$2.99]. While we loved Out There, we weren't too enthusiastic about Out There Chronicles in our review because despite its strong presentation and clever new mechanics (learning alien languages for instance), many of the choices lacked the weight we would expect from some of the great gamebooks released almost monthly now. The universe the story takes place in is quite interesting, so hopefully the developers took some lessons from episode 1 and will give us a much better episode 2.
