You’ve had a full week to practice – now it’s time to make the new GTA Online mode pay out for you.
Rockstar has updated GTA Online to offer double RP and cash for anyone playing the new Motor Wars Adversary mode.
Motor Wars was released last week as part of the Smuggler’s Run update and pits players against each other in a gradually shrinking map. There are plenty of weapons and lethal vehicles to pick-up, and it’s drawn some comparisons to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
That’s a generous comparison as Motor Wars is less tense and much more throwaway – all enemies are highlighted on the min-map from the start, so there’s very little cat-and-mouse hunting going on. As with anything in GTA Online, it’s not exactly subtle.

If you log in to GTA Online this week you’ll also be able to get the Shrewsbury t-shirt for free and you can also expect a range of discounts on vehicles including the Nightshade, the Reaper, the Coquettes and Half-Track.
