'Pokemon GO' Update Improves Raids and Fixes Last Ball Bug

Many players have been rightfully complaining about Pokemon GO's [Free] Raid system, especially since it's now tied to your ability to get any of the many Legendaries unleashed upon the world. Well, it looks like the most recent update, which has just gone live, will improve your Raid capabilities and maybe make it easier to actually get one of the exotic Legendaries. Specifically, update 1.43.1 has added the ability to view the numbers of trainers who have entered and are preparing for a Raid before using a Raid Pass. This is essential if you aren't doing the raid with friends because otherwise you have to pretty much guess who's in or not. It's not fun using a Raid Pass only to find out that you're flying solo this time around or that there are only a couple low-level players there to help get that Legendary.

The other huge fix is finally doing away with the last ball bug, where the Raid Boss would always break free from the last Premier Ball. I don't need to explain in detail why that sucked, so I'm glad to finally see it fixed, although many who had this happen to them won't be getting anything for having wasted those balls. The update also improves Pokemon Collection screen and fixes some other bugs, which you can read about in detail here. Hopefully now Raids will be more fun.
