The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on Nintendo Switch has hit its new lowest price

If you’ve been holding out on picking up a copy of the Switch version of Ed McMillen’s gross-out rogue-like, now’s your best shot.

Over at TheGameCollection right now, you can pick up a boxed copy of the brand new UK release of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on Nintendo Switch for an all-time low price of £27.95.

Despite the game having been available in the US since March, it only made it to European and UK shores at the beginning of this month. The boxed version will get you two sets of bonus stickers, featuring artwork by Ed McMillen as well as a Legend of Zelda inspired manual booklet.

For those unaware, The Binding of Isaac is heavily influenced by the original Legend of Zelda, combining dungeon-crawling with twin-stick shooters and rogue-like features, to boot. It’s run-based, which means when you die, you’ll be kicked right back to the start.

There’s also something magnificently addictive about the whole thing too and I’m ashamed to admit I’ve definitely lost dozens of hours to this one in my time.
