Destiny 2 weekly reset for October 24 – Nightfall, Challenges, Flashpoint, Call to Arms and more detailed

Destiny 2 weekly resets welcome PC players starting today, for the first time.

Although the Destiny 2 PC version doesn’t launch for another few hours, all the new activities being refreshed today will be available to PC and console players alike.

As always, this means a different Nightfall strike with new modifiers, new Meditations, an updated Flashpoint destination, and of course renewed chances at earning gear through the Crucible’s Call to Arms quests.

If you’re just getting into the game with the release of the PC version, make sure to give our Destiny 2 guide a look. Apart from providing solid Intel on many of Destiny 2’s mysteries, like how to unlock the second and third subclasses, and how to level up fast the guide featured more detailed deep dives for late-game.

You can also catch up on other PC-specific details such as system requirements, regional launch times, default control mappings, and more.

Here’s what’s new this week:

Weekly Nightfall

The Arm’s Dealer is this week’s strike with modifiers Torrent, and Time Warp: Zero Hour.

Torrent greatly increases the recharge rate of your abilities. Zero Hour prevents the mission timer from being extended.

Meditations

  • Six: a crashed colony ship, an interspecies war… Cayde-6 got that adventure he wanted. Go save him from it.
  • Fury: help Ikora use the Warmind on Io to learn more about the Almighty—and turn the tide of the war.
  • Sacrilege: since the loss of her Light, Ikora has many questions—and she’s not leaving Io without answers.

Flashpoint

IO is the destination this week. All you need to do is complete Public Events there (Heroic Public Events help a lot) to earn a Luminous Engram. Also, remember to pick up the treasure maps from Cayde-6.

Call to Arms

Play a few Crucible matches (usually five-seven) to earn a Luminous Engram.
