Last year’s game had more than 250 fighters to choose from, so to top that, the UFC 3 roster will have to be something special.
Fans have combed through the plethora of trailers, gameplay footage, blog posts and screenshots that EA have shared ahead of UFC 3’s release on February 2, 2018, and found more than 100 competitors that’re confirmed to appear in the game.
Here’s the confirmed UFC 3 roster so far:
HEAVYWEIGHT
Stipe Miocic
The current heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic had to make the UFC 3 roster. Miocic will look to defend his title for the third time at UFC 220, when he takes on Francis Ngannou. He had an overall rating of 89 in UFC 2, so it’ll be interesting to see if it’s gone up since he won the championship.
Francis Ngannou
One of UFC 3’s most anticipated debutants, Francis Ngannou is currently ranked as the number one contender by UFC – and with good reason. Odds-on favourite to take the belt from Stipe Miocic after his devastating left-handed KO of Alistair Overeem at UFC 218, Ngannou will no doubt be great fun in UFC 3.

Anderson Silva
Another UFC legend confirmed for the UFC 3 roster, Anderson SIlva held the longest title streak in UFC history, successfully defending his middleweight belt a ridiculous 10 times. An accomplished hand-to-hand fighter, Silva had a stand up rating of 94 in UFC 2, with an overall of 90.

CM Punk

Ronda Rousey
One of the most famous competitors in women’s UFC, Ronda Rousey defended the bantamweight championship six times before losing to Holly Holm in 2015.
